Shipping

Orders ship from Fukuoka, Japan with tracking. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout for each available destination.

Most orders are prepared for dispatch within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery time can vary depending on the destination country, carrier handling, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will send a tracking number to the email address used at checkout.

Import duties and taxes

Import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other destination-country charges are not collected by FUKUOKA SILK at checkout for the current launch setup.

Depending on your country or carrier, these charges may be collected from the recipient before or at delivery. The recipient is responsible for any such charges.

Returns and damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

Unused items with original tags and packaging may be eligible for return within the return window described in our Refund policy. Shipping fees, duties, taxes, and customs charges may not always be refundable.
