Where your order ships from
Every piece is shipped directly from Fukuoka, Japan — the home of Hakata-ori.

Processing time
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Delivery
We ship internationally with tracking. Estimated delivery to the United States is about 5–8 business days after dispatch, depending on customs, carrier handling, and destination. A tracking number is emailed when your order ships.

Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the destination country and order weight. For the United States, the current standard tracked shipping rate is shown at checkout before payment.

Import duties & taxes
Your order ships from Fukuoka, Japan. Depending on your country, duties, taxes, or import fees may be charged by your local customs authority or carrier and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost, delayed, or damaged
If your order is delayed beyond the estimate, or arrives damaged, email us at hello@fukuokasilk.com within 14 days and we will make it right.
